The body double was seen taking Jennifer's place in one part of the film in which she runs out of a smoking building in her underwear clutching the clothes previously worn by the Friends star.
While Jennifer - who is engaged to director Justin Theroux - doesn't appear in the underwear scenes, the blonde beauty was pictured filming one part of the motion picture with an open shirt exposing her bra.
Other scenes filmed for the movie - which tells the story of a veteran cannabis dealer who aims to mask the fact he's shipping a huge amount of pot to the US from Mexico by creating a fake family - saw a Porsche smashed in two and a number of actors running around with guns.
Jennifer doesn't appear to have had an aversion to stripping down to her underwear previously after agreeing to lingerie scenes for comedy movie Horrible Bosses.
But the actress - who appears naked in romantic comedy Wanderlust - recently admitted she suffers nerves ahead of doing a nude shoot in a movie.
She said: "There was a little bit of nerves, but adrenaline takes you through it. And then, you have the girls come in and cover you up, immediately."
